Brian Maher is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and joined Granite Real Estate Group, LLC in May of 2025. In 1990 Brian started his commercial real estate career as a Construction Manager with Edgewater Companies building various commercial retail and industrial projects.

In 1994, Maher joined the Pioneer Companies, as Senior Project Manager administering the design and development of numerous senior living facilities as well as commercial retail and hotel projects.

In 2008, Maher transferred to CBD Companies as a Senior Project Manager working with tenants and building owners of numerous retail, medical and office facilities in the Greater Syracuse Market.

In 2010, Brian joined the Brokerage side of the business and has successfully worked as Tenant and Buyers Representative as well as Listing Agent for various commercial office, industrial, retail and land transactions. Brian recently worked at COR CNY Brokerage Company, LLC for 10 years as an Independent NYS Licensed Associate Broker as well as VP of retail leasing for COR Companies managing their retail portfolio across NYS procuring new deals as well as renewing existing tenants. Brian resides in DeWitt, NY with his wife Kelly
