Sold: Medical Office Building Portfolio, Syracuse, New York 

The Portfolio was sold to a publicly traded, medical office building Real Estate Investment Trust.  The Portfolio consisted of two medical office condominium buildings totaling approximately 293,192 square feet. The overall occupancy rate of the Portfolio was 95%, of which 41% was secured by long term, triple net leases to hospital and credit tenants. Summit retained the management of the Portfolio.
